This is a rare opportunity to lead the launch of Signia Jaipur, the first Signia by Hilton hotel in Asia Pacific and a landmark addition to Hilton’s rapidly expanding luxury portfolio in India. The 293-room hotel, including 2 restaurants and 2 bars will represent the regional debut of one of Hilton’s newest and most innovative luxury brands, offering a unique platform to shape the guest experience, culture, commercial strategy, and market positioning from the ground up.

The General Manager will spearhead the successful opening and ongoing operations of Signia Jaipur, shaping the hotel's culture, guest experience, and market positioning while driving operational excellence, team member engagement, and financial performance.

  1. Champion Business Excellence
  • Drive the hotel’s financial success and guest satisfaction by exceeding key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop revenue generating strategies for the hotel 
  • Stay ahead of market trends and seize new opportunities

 

  1. Lead with Vision
  • Inspire a culture of excellence by providing strong leadership to all team members.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance, particularly the executive team and department heads 
  • Foster a workplace where every team member thrives and contributes to the property’s collective goals 

 

  1. Elevate Guest Experience 
  • Manage operations with a keen eye for detail
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary to exceed guest expectations
  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure every guest leaves with a desire to return 

 

  1. Financial Stewardship
  • Develop and manage the hotel’s budget, including revenue forecasting, expense control and capital expenditures 
  • Regularly evaluate and analyze our financial landscape and adjust course to meet and surpass our financial objectives 

 

  1. Quality Assurance
  • Guarantee the highest standards of hotel upkeep, safety and guest satisfaction
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and brand standard requirements
  • Implement improvement initiatives to enhance overall guest experience and hotel reputation

 

  1. Owner Relations
  • Build strong rapport with hotel owners through proactive and on-going communication 
  • Serve as a primary liaison between hotel owners and corporate entities 

 

What You Bring to Signia Jaipur

  • Established Luxury Hotel General Manager with proven leadership experience in India's leisure market 

  • Demonstrated success leading hotel pre-opening, with the ability to oversee complex transitions while protecting commercial performance and elevating brand perception 

  • Strong F&B and commercial acumen with a consistent track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, market share and guest engagement metrics across rooms, food & beverage and experiential offerings

  • Solid financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting 

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and stakeholder management expertise

  • Leadership expertise and development, including exceptional levels of team member engagement 

  • A proven track record of forming and leveraging business relationships with other luxury brands 

  • Demonstrated ability to translate brand into experiences for guests and team members alike
