What You'll Be Doing
You'll drive the clinical delivery of global studies, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, recruitment and budget objectives while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, protocols and customer requirements. Working as part of an integrated cross-functional team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across functions, countries and regions to deliver high-quality studies, build global experience and support strategic customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the clinical delivery of global clinical research studies and projects
Driving patient recruitment strategies and supporting achievement of enrolment targets
Managing clinical risks and contributing to project risk mitigation plans
Ensuring clinical quality through oversight of compliance, quality standards and issue management
Managing clinical project finances, forecasting, scope changes and budget performance
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery
Supporting milestone achievement through effective planning, communication and team coordination
Leading and supporting clinical teams through resource planning, guidance and project-related training
Contributing to study governance, stakeholder reporting and operational decision-making .
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or another scientific discipline
Typically requires 4 – 5 years of prior relevant clinical trial management experience, ideally within a CRO environment
Solid prior clinical research experience within monitoring, clinical operations, or study management
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements
Broad therapeutic and protocol knowledge
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment
Experience working across cultures and geographies
Financial awareness and understanding of clinical project delivery metrics
