About the Role
IBM is a strategic growth vendor for TD SYNNEX across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our IBM portfolio, helping partners accelerate their digital transformation through innovative IBM solutions.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute growth strategies and business plans for the IBM Software portfolio across selected European markets and partner communities.
Identify, recruit, and develop strategic partners capable of selling, implementing, and managing IBM Software solutions.
Drive pipeline creation through targeted partner engagement, campaigns, events, and account-based sales activities.
Help partners position IBM solutions through value-based selling, connecting technology capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
Coordinate commercial, licensing, and technical resources to support strategic opportunities from initial engagement through closure.
Build strong relationships with IBM stakeholders, translating vendor priorities and go-to-market strategies into actionable business plans.
Partner with Technical Pre-Sales and Marketing teams to deliver enablement programs, sales plays, training sessions, and demand-generation initiatives.
Monitor and manage business performance, including pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, profitability, subscriptions, and renewals.
Collaborate with country and regional teams to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach across European markets.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in software, cloud, SaaS business development, sales, or channel management within the IT industry.
Good understanding of enterprise software solutions and consultative selling approaches; experience with IBM Software or comparable vendor portfolios is highly desirable.
Familiarity with software licensing, subscriptions, renewals, consumption models, and partner-led service offerings.
Strong knowledge of partner ecosystems, including resellers, systems integrators, managed service providers, and software-focused partners.
Data-driven mindset with experience managing business plans, forecasts, performance metrics, and sales pipelines.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across vendor, partner, and internal audiences.
Entrepreneurial and collaborative approach, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple countries and business environments.
Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
Willingness to travel across Europe when required.
