Leading Multi-Account Operations Across South Portfolio
Are you a seasoned facilities and operations expert with proven strategic leadership capabilities? As Operations Director for our Platform Team, you'll oversee operations across multiple client accounts within our South Portfolio. You'll be responsible for implementing standardized building procedures, performance metrics, and compliance frameworks that drive consistency and excellence across all assigned properties and facilities. Through promoting best practices and developing innovative processes, you'll enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across the entire portfolio. You'll champion property safety by ensuring rigorous adherence to health and safety standards at all South Portfolio sites.
Driving Strategic Platform Initiatives
As a strategic thinker and operator, you'll translate organizational vision into actionable operational strategies across multiple accounts. You'll identify opportunities for portfolio-wide improvements, scalability, and innovation while managing the unique requirements of each client account. Your adaptability will be crucial as you navigate changing market conditions, diverse client needs, and organizational priorities across the South Portfolio. You'll develop and execute strategic plans that align operational delivery with business objectives, ensuring our platform remains competitive and future-ready.
Building Strong Client Partnerships Across the Portfolio
Working with multiple clients across the South Portfolio, you'll cultivate and maintain robust relationships built on trust and exceptional service delivery. You'll proactively anticipate client needs across all accounts and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded. As the primary escalation point for facilities-related matters across the portfolio, you'll leverage your strong communication skills to resolve concerns swiftly and professionally, maintaining high client satisfaction levels across all South Portfolio accounts.
Managing Financial Performance and Contracts
Do you possess strong financial acumen with a proven track record in multi-account budget management? You'll oversee budgets, accounting operations, and financial performance across multiple client accounts within the South Portfolio. Your analytical thinking will drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement across all accounts. You'll manage vendor and supplier relationships portfolio-wide, ensuring compliance with procurement processes while delivering quality work practices that align with contractual obligations and budgetary constraints. You'll identify cost optimization opportunities across the portfolio without compromising service quality.
Leading Through Delegation and Team Development
Teamwork is fundamental to our success, and you'll champion this core value across the South Portfolio operations team. Through effective delegation and team building abilities, you'll empower teams across multiple accounts to perform at their best. Expert in Multi-Site Facilities and Platform Operations
You bring 8-10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, hospitality, or related operational fields, with demonstrated platform or multi-site/multi-account management experience. A comprehensive working knowledge of occupational safety standards is essential, with exposure to life sciences environments being advantageous. You possess deep expertise in contract management, budget oversight, customer service excellence, and stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-account organizational structures. Experience managing operations across geographical regions or multiple properties simultaneously is highly desirable.
Strategic, Analytical, and Adaptable
As a strategic thinker and operator, you excel at connecting operational activities across multiple accounts to broader business outcomes. Your strong financial acumen enables you to manage multiple P&L responsibilities effectively and identify revenue enhancement opportunities across the portfolio. Through analytical thinking, you resolve complex challenges using quantitative methods and holistic problem-solving approaches. Your adaptability allows you to thrive in dynamic, multi-client environments while maintaining operational stability and consistency across the South Portfolio.
Goal-Oriented Leader with Strong Communication Skills
You're a results-driven leader with expertise in health and safety compliance, vendor management, and technical building systems across multiple facilities. Your delegation and team building abilities enable you to develop high-performing teams across various locations and accounts. Working effectively with diverse stakeholders across the South Portfolio requires excellent verbal and written communication skills—and you possess both. You inspire confidence, build consensus, and drive accountability across all levels of the organization and multiple client relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP, PMP) are highly desirable
Proficiency in facilities management systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across South Portfolio locations as required
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
