Translate business strategy into initiative-level concepts that inform prioritization, roadmap planning, and product direction.
Partner with Product Design teams to establish design direction and ensure consistency across products and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with Research and Insights teams to incorporate user needs, workflows, and feedback into early-stage product strategy.
Validate concepts with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure feasibility and readiness for execution.
Contribute to design standards, frameworks, and best practices that strengthen product strategy and concept development across the organization.
What you need to have:
8+ years of experience in product design, product strategy design, experience design, or a related field, with a strong focus on strategic concept development.
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and user insights into compelling product concepts and executive-ready design deliverables.
Expertise in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools, with experience working in digital product development environments.
Excellent communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decision-making in complex environments.
What makes you stand out?
Experience working in consulting, professional services, or other complex enterprise environments.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support ideation, concept development, and design exploration.
Strong user research capabilities, including conducting user interviews and synthesizing insights to shape product strategy.
