How you create impact
- Develop and execute commercial growth strategies for strategic Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts across Mexico.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare customers at multiple organizational levels.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue.
- Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling of Kuehne+Nagel's end-to-end logistics solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans focused on customer retention, growth, and long-term partnerships.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and solution development to deliver value-driven supply chain solutions.
- Collaborate with regional and global Healthcare teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and successful business implementation.
- Monitor account performance, identify improvement opportunities, and conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders.
What we would like you to bring
- 5+ years of experience managing strategic Healthcare accounts (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences customers) within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proven experience developing and growing relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare customers.
- Strong understanding of the Healthcare and Life Sciences market in Mexico.
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and influence key decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success identifying, developing, and closing strategic business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, sales pipeline management, and strategic account planning.
- Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel internationally as required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and passion for developing new business.
