Join us and be a part of something extraordinary.We are seeking a high-performing sales professional who can not only close targeted new logos, but also grow, and retain accounts within their portfolio. A successful Account Executive will gain an understanding of the customers’ business by cultivating strong relationships, conducting regular business reviews, and using that knowledge to drive the sale and adoption of Sifted solutions.The Account Executive will have a constant focus on the development of net new business and the growth of existing accounts. They are collaborative, working across multiple departments to ensure up-to-date knowledge of our products and solutions. This role must be able to facilitate the creation of a positive team spirit with their peers and other support functions at Sifted. They will effectively work closely with the Business Development and Logistic Intelligence teams, and will be involved in the implementation of new customers as they come on board. Requirements Hunt and close business with net new accounts*Expand revenue within designated customer accounts*Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers resulting in continued account developmentStructure and negotiate terms and contracts with senior management and/or C-level executivesIdentify and manage opportunities to implement additional Sifted servicesUnderstand the customer’s business and use that knowledge to provide innovative solutions *Develop a prospecting plan to build rapport and create opportunities *Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecastsProvide sales leadership with reports on sales activities and projects as requestedDrive, organize, and facilitate regular business reviews and other customer meetings. During these reviews, discuss trend, prior activities, project upcoming challenges, and opportunities unique to the customer *Develop and maintain a pipeline and plan within CRM (Salesforce) *Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets as defined by the businessDesired Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 years of sales experience within SaaSParcel, or transportation industry experience would be an added bonusDemonstrated ability to embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving and innovation*Proven record of success in an inside sales or outside sales positionStrong communication skills and the ability to negotiate at all levelsAbility to think creatively and strategicallyProactive, detail-oriented, and inquisitiveSelf-driven, results-orientated individualResilient team playerA keen sense for business developmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships both externally and internallyPrefer candidates...
