ERP Business Analyst

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.

The opportunity:

This role is based in the ERP Commercial Finance Management team, where we drive enterprise-wide digital transformation across interconnected systems. As a Principal Business Analyst, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, navigating highly ambiguous spaces to recommend and implement optimal technology solutions. The variety and scale of initiatives in this global domain offer you a unique opportunity to implement projects that shape a long term strategic roadmap in ERP Commercial Finance Management the area of Intercompany Non-Trade Finance and Operational transfer pricing.

  • Implementing complex ERP Commercial Finance initiatives, and coordinating across organizational boundaries 

  • Implementation of SAP projects and initiatives in the area of Intercompany Non-Trade Finance and Operational Transfer Pricing which requires a strong functional and technical experience in SAP S4 Finance, BTP and SAP Profitability and Performance Analysis (SAP PaPM)

  • Leading the analysis of complex business problems, defining the problem space, and driving comprehensive root cause analysis in Commercial Finance

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, participation in the delivery of long-term strategic roadmaps, and driving consensus through persuasive communication.

  • Evaluating strategic solution options, including advanced value analysis and risk assessment, to ensure the delivery of high-value solutions.

  • Managing highly ambiguous and evolving requirements in dynamic environments, considering both micro and macro implications across related domains.

  • Applying tools, principles, and techniques across cross-functional initiatives while anticipating challenges and integrating analysis into broader solution designs.

Who you are:

  • Extensive experience implementing complex business analysis initiatives with and driving alignment across highly ambiguous spaces (Required).

  • Extensive implementation experience of complex projects in SAP S4 Finance (Required)

  • Implementation experience in SAP Profitability and Performance Analysis (SAP PaPM) (Required)

  • Functional expertise in Operational Transfer Pricing and Intercompany Non-Trade Finance (Required)

  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Advisory/Consultancy concepts, and ERP finance domains, specifically in Operational Transfer Pricing (Required).

  • Proven track record of recommending optimal technology solutions for sustainable business transformation and conducting advanced value and risk assessments (Preferred).

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to navigate conflicts and build consensus across global structures (Preferred).

  • Experience in delivering projects in a SaFe environment (Preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228’900.00 PLN - 425’100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
