The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The Senior Analyst, Procurement & Vendor Management Systems (VMS), is a key member of the RTX Enterprise Services Digital Technology organization. In this role, you will support both Enterprise-wide procurement technology solutions and Raytheon Supply Chain operations, with a focus on the global Vendor Management System (VMS) platforms, SAP Fieldglass and SAP Procurement (APEX, PRISM, S/4HANA).
This position contributes to the delivery, sustainment, and continuous improvement of critical procurement and contingent labor systems that enable business execution across RTX. This position will collaborate closely with Supply Chain, HR, DT Architecture, DT Security, and implementation partners to ensure system stability, functional alignment, and adherence to enterprise standards.
This role is suitable for a strong functional analyst who can operate independently, drive quality deliverables, and work across multiple stakeholder groups while advancing standardization of enterprise procurement capabilities.
What You Will Do:
Enterprise VMS (Fieldglass) Support and Solution Delivery
Support configuration, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of RTX’s global Vendor Management System platforms
Translate business needs into functional requirements and assist with application configuration to support contingent labor processes
Participate in the design, validation, and troubleshooting of integrations between VMS platforms and SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA)
Support system testing, training content, and transition-to-operations activities specific to VMS workflows
Collaborate with Sourcing, HR, Compliance, and IT Security to ensure VMS solutions meet enterprise policies and control requirements
Provide functional and technical support for VMS users, including issue triage and root‑cause analysis
Monitor platform performance, support prioritization enhancement, and contribute to governance processes
Maintain documentation including process flows, configuration notes, and support procedures for VMS functionality
SAP Procurement Systems Support
Provide day‑to‑day functional and technical support for SAP Procurement
Execute process analysis, functional design, and configuration activities within SAP Purchasing modules
Support requirements gathering, documentation, and configuration updates aligned with enterprise standards
Coordinate and execute SAP-related testing (functional, regression, UAT) to support enhancements and deployments
Partner with Business Units to validate changes, manage service requests, and maintain enterprise job aids and support materials
Develop and maintain end‑user training materials to support adoption of SAP procurement processes
Participate in change management, sustainment, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support requirements sessions, integration testing events, or deployment activities (travel as required)
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience supporting ERP, VMS, or procurement applications
Functional SAP Procurement experience, including:
Requirements gathering and documentation
Testing of system enhancements and defect resolution
Preparation of functional specifications for technical teams
Experience implementing or supporting Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar) with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead resolution in partnership with cross functional DT teams
Demonstrated ability to support integrated technology solutions across multiple stakeholder groups with a strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working in distributed or remote teams
Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with ASAPIO, and BTP integrations
Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4HANA Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fiori
Experience working within Agile methodologies, PI planning, and tools such as Jira
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners including Supply Chain, HR, DT Architecture, and DT Security
Understanding of Aerospace & Defense compliance requirements (ITAR, export controls, US Persons)

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
