In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) ecosystem, driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and digital transformation across our procurement organization. You will partner with executive leadership to shape procurement strategy, enhance system capabilities, and deliver measurable business impact through data-driven insights and process innovation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDirect the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Source-to-Pay systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practicesLead and mentor a high-performing team of business systems analysts, procurement specialists, and technical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountabilityDevelop and execute comprehensive spend analytics programs to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier performance insights, and procurement risk mitigation strategiesOversee the integration and management of procurement technology platforms, including ERP systems, e-procurement tools, and analytics solutionsDesign and implement process improvements across sourcing, procurement, and vendor management functions to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle timesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to align procurement systems with broader business initiativesEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor procurement metrics, spend trends, and system performanceLead vendor management initiatives, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and relationship optimizationChampion digital transformation and automation initiatives to streamline procurement workflows and enhance data visibilityProvide executive-level reporting and insights on procurement performance, cost savings, and strategic recommendationsEnsure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controlsQualificationsREQUIRED12+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, or related business operations5+ years in a director-level or senior management position with demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams5+ years of hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay systems, including implementation, configuration, and optimizationExperience in Process optimizations using Agentic AI preferredAdvanced proficiency in spend analytics, data analysis, and business intelligence toolsExpertise in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion cloud)Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract...
