Job Description As a Security Officer Building Patrol in Owings Mills, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring, innovative team that puts people first. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 08:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 08:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 08:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 08:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting observations through appropriate channels.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related issues.Monitor access points, common areas, and/or exterior spaces, assisting with visitor inquiries, directional support, and other site-related needs as assigned.Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a professional presence, communicating clearly with tenants and/or management, and following post orders for the location.
