VP, Business Development - Wholesale
Role responsibilities
The VP of Business Development will be responsible for sourcing and funding over $5 million in closed loans per month through partnerships. This role involves educating partners on the Lima One product suite and negotiating loan agreements.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the Private Lending industry and possess a current NMLS license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire. A strong book of business in Wholesale/Third Party Originators is also required.
