The Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) team is dedicated to overseeing the entire process from sales to support, with the goal of creating long-term customer value in every moment. We provide Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions, helping customers improve the value they offer and build lasting relationships.

As a Solution Sales Specialist at Adobe in Tokyo, you’ll be at the forefront of driving outstanding digital experiences. This role is uniquely positioned to empower you to help clients transform their businesses with Adobe's world-class solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist our Inside Sales reps in successfully closing deals by providing customers with specialist knowledge of Adobe's Document Cloud and Creative Cloud products.

  • Make high quality and compelling demonstrations of products to support the sales process.

  • Own and overachieve assigned product quotas in line with Adobe’s targets.

  • Guide and support the sales teams in completing outbound campaigns and calls to drive growth.

  • Demonstrate Product Expertise by maintaining a deep understanding of Adobe’s solutions to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.

  • Build positive relationships within customer organizations to recommend the right document workflow solutions. Effectively communicate Adobe’s value proposition and competitive positioning.

  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting, maintain operational excellence by keeping our CRM updated with daily/weekly pipeline activities, provide accurate forecasts on an ongoing basis and participate in forecast review meetings to track revenue and growth progress.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, presales, solution selling, account management, or business development.

  • Expertise in delivering product demos, showcasing features, and tailoring solutions to customer needs.

  • Strong interest in AI technologies and APIs; hands-on knowledge or experience is highly preferred.

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities to effectively communicate product value.

  • Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations, handling objections and challenges.

  • Good written and reading skills in English. Business English proficiency is preferred.
