Back to all rolesDelivery Manager - Partner Integration & ImplementationApplyJob detailsSolutions & Delivery / Solutions & DeliveryMunichFull-time€87,540 EURWhat You Will DoYou will be responsible for ensuring partners have a seamless and high-quality experience when implementing Klarna’s products and solutions, working hands-on across the implementation lifecycle from scoping and solution alignment through to go-live and beyond. In this position, you will work directly with partners across multiple concurrent implementations, supporting them in real time, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through APIs, payment processing, and operational dependencies . You will leverage AI tools and technologies to drive efficiency and collaborate closely with product, engineering and go-to-market teams to define integration scope, drive delivery priorities, and ensure solutions and integrations meet Klarna’s quality standards. By building a strong understanding of partner systems, e-commerce platforms, and the payments ecosystem, you will provide actionable feedback to improve Klarna’s products, integration frameworks, and ways of working.Who You Are• 3+ years of experience in technical program or delivery management, partner-led implementations, or complex integration delivery in payments, fintech, or a related industry• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder integration projects with a structured and analytical approach• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and system architectures• Embraces AI tools with a curiosity and willingness to explore how emerging technologies can enhance delivery and champion their use to improve speed and quality of integrations• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences• Comfortable navigating both technical discussions with engineering teams and partner-facing conversations with commercial stakeholders• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, shop systems, or payment solutions• High level of ownership, with the ability to proactively drive solutions and prioritiesAwesome to Have• Experience working directly with external partners or clients during technical implementations• Ability to confidently manage complex partner situations with a structured and fact-based approach• Strong attention to detail with the ability to break down complex projects into clear deliverables• Curiosity and motivation to deepen technical understanding across systems and integrations• Experience using AI and workflow automation in technical delivery• Working proficiency in GermanPlease include a CV in English.Curious to learn more about Klarna and what it’s like to work here?
