HSE Manager Germany (m/w/d)

As the HSE Manager for PDS and Tetris Germany you are expected to build effective relationships with other HSE personnel within PDS, Tetris and JLL.

Your customers include each person within PDS and Tetris.

You will report into UK&I, Northern EU, CEE & Germany PDS & Tetris HSSE Lead. You'll be at the helm of safety, health, and environment within our organization. You'll provide direction to our HSE policy, continuously improve our processes, and inspire colleagues to prioritize safety and sustainability. This versatile role offers you the chance to make a difference at all levels of our organization.

What will you do?

• Lead HSE strategy and implementation, from vision to execution
• Support project teams with HSE issues and documentation
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
• Develop and execute training programs for employees
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external
• Analyze and report on HSE performance and incidents
• Promote a positive safety culture throughout the entire organization

What do you bring?

• MVK/HVK diploma (required), First Aid certificate, and VCA certificate
• Experience in the construction sector, preferably in office, retail, or hotel fit-out
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent written and spoken German skills
• Analytical ability and attention to detail
• Passion for safety, health, and sustainability
• Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible

Bonus points:

• Academic education in occupational safety and health
• Lead Auditor qualification for ISO standards
• Experience with sustainability or environmental management
