Business Controller (full-time, Amsterdam)
Wundermart BVTemporary€3,750–€4,000/moPosted May 25, 2026
About Wundermart.
Wundermart builds and operates 300+ unmanned lobby shops in hotels across Europe. We're a fast-growing company active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Poland, Austria, Spain, the Czech Republic, and the UK - and we're just getting started. Our finance team plays a central role in fuelling that growth and is located in Amsterdam.Your Role.
As our new Business Controller, you'll be the go-to finance partner for our commercial teams responsible for new shop openings and account management. You'll translate numbers into insights — for our internal teams and for the hotel partners we work with.
You'll work closely with the Commercial Director to set the annual sales budget and keep the forecast sharp throughout the year. As owner of project administration, you'll collaborate with project managers to monitor investments and track financial performance of new openings from day one.
Data drives smart decisions at Wundermart, and you'll make sure the right reports reach the right people at the right time. You'll oversee other income streams — license fees, rebates, and more — and help automate and improve processes like our Adyen reconciliation, working hand in hand with our in-house tech team.
Most importantly, you bring a continuous improvement mindset. You'll help design and implement scalable financial processes that can grow with us. If you're the type who spots an inefficiency and immediately wants to fix it — you'll fit right in.

- Solid Excel skills, formulas, models, and data manipulation are second nature to you.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Dutch, German, and/or French is a plus.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where no two days are the same.
