We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team and play a key role in scaling our organization.

In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers across the company, driving full-cycle recruitment while helping shape hiring strategy, candidate experience, and talent pipelines.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys sourcing exceptional talent, building trusted relationships with stakeholders, and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions, from intake to offer.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, align on candidate profiles, and provide market insights.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Drive hiring processes efficiently while ensuring a high bar for quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring effectiveness.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within high-growth technology companies, in-house recruiting experience preferred.
  • Proven experience recruiting GTM roles across the US and EMEA marke - Strong advantage
  • Previous recruiting experience within a cybersecurity company - Strong advantage.
  • Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent sourcing capabilities and experience identifying passive candidates.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
