Accountabilities:
- Support the delivery of communications measurement and media insight projects across multiple client accounts and industries.
- Assist with project setup, data collection, quality assurance, documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze media coverage, communications data, and performance indicators to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Contribute to client reports, presentations, and supporting materials by transforming research findings into clear narratives.
- Support senior consultants in developing recommendations based on communications performance and media intelligence.
- Help coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and requirements to ensure accurate and timely completion.
- Conduct research and contribute to thought leadership content, webinars, industry resources, and internal knowledge initiatives.
- Use AI-powered tools to support research, summarize information, and improve analytical workflows while validating accuracy and relevance.
- Apply critical thinking and human judgment when reviewing AI-generated outputs and incorporating insights into client materials.
- Maintain organized project documentation using CRM systems and file management tools.
- Collaborate with teams across consulting, commercial, customer success, and production functions to support successful project delivery.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes, workflows, and analytical approaches.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, marketing, media intelligence, research, analytics, or a related field; relevant internship experience may also be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop meaningful insights.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, presentations, and tools used to organize and communicate information.
- Comfort learning new technologies and digital platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies, with an understanding of the importance of reviewing AI-generated content.
- Ability to proactively incorporate AI tools into daily workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
- Interest in communications measurement, media intelligence, reputation analysis, or strategic consulting.
- Experience with media monitoring or communications measurement platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with communications measurement frameworks such as the Barcelona Principles or AMEC Integrated Evaluation Framework is a plus.
- Experience in a SaaS company, communications agency, consulting environment, or similar setting is beneficial.
- Competitive annual base salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 for U.S.-based employees.
