Accountabilities:

    • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business intelligence needs.
    • Build and manage ETL processes that integrate data from sources such as SQL databases, SharePoint, Excel, and other enterprise systems.
    • Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective visualization solutions.
    • Translate complex datasets and analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
    • Perform data analysis and support continuous improvement of reporting capabilities and visualization standards.
    • Assist with data extraction, transformation, and loading activities while coordinating with other development resources.
    • Communicate solutions clearly and provide recommendations that support data-driven decision-making.
    • Requirements:

      • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with large datasets using data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
      • Advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboard development, reporting, and data modeling.
      • Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, common table expressions (CTEs), complex joins, and analytical querying.
      • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas for data analysis.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements, explain technical concepts, and present insights to business stakeholders.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field is required.
      • Experience with Python for data analysis, including Pandas, is preferred.
      • Experience developing solutions with PowerApps and Power Automate is preferred.
      • U.S. citizenship and current U.S. residency required.
      • Ability to successfully complete a client-required background investigation; DHS clearance experience with CBP or ICE is preferred.
