At Arista, we take pride in our track record of success and strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and performance in everything we do.Job DescriptionWho You’ll Work WithYou'll be working alongside other Planners within Arista's Demand Planning team.  Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with members of Arista's Marketing, Supply Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams. Communication and organization will be critical for success in this role.  What You'll DoOwn the demand signal for multiple product groups; responsible for analysis, maintenance, and commitment of an accurate rolling 24-month plan Maintain the unconstrained demand plan utilizing statistical forecast methods and market intelligence, informing supply to guide manufacturing partners and internal teams on build priorities Define behaviors of product groupings (demand segmentation strategy) seasonal, trend, cyclical, random Provide analysis and suggestions for optimization of constrained component supply Challenge, assess, and maintain justifications for increases and decreases in forecast.
