PropTechBuzz is located at 8 THE GREEN, STE R DOVER, Kent, DE 19901, and operates on a global scale. **Role Purpose:** The **Senior Software Developer** **(Full-Stack, Product-Oriented, AI-First)** is accountable for building and scaling **core product modules end-to-end** — from idea → architecture → execution → iteration. This role is not about “writing code” — it is about **owning products through engineering and turning ambiguity into working systems** . Success is defined by: - Number of **production-ready modules shipped** - Speed from **idea → live deployment** - System performance (speed, reliability, scalability) - Code quality and extensibility - Effective use of AI to **accelerate output** **Top 5 Performance Objectives:** **Own & Ship a Core Product Module (0 → 1 → Scale)** - Take full ownership of at least **one core module** (e.g., marketplace, events, user system) - Deliver from concept → production → iteration - Ensure strong UX, performance, and reliability from Day 1 **Translate Product Thinking into Scalable Systems** - Convert ambiguous product ideas into **clear technical architecture** - Make independent decisions on structure, trade-offs, and implementation - Contribute to product direction — not just execution **Build a Scalable Full-Stack Architecture** - Develop across **frontend (Next.js) and backend (evolving to Fastify)** - Design systems that support **multi-module expansion** - Continuously improve performance, structure, and maintainability **Leverage AI as a Development Multiplier** - Use tools like **Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor** to accelerate development - Reduce build time while maintaining high code quality - Create workflows where AI meaningfully improves output **Create a High-Speed Execution Engine** - Ship consistently with **high velocity and low dependency** - Minimize bottlenecks across development cycles - Balance speed with long-term scalability **Core Responsibilities:** - Own modules end-to-end: **design → build → deploy → iterate** - Work across full stack using **TypeScript, Next.js, backend frameworks** - Design and manage data systems using **PostgreSQL + Prisma** - Contribute to backend evolution (Next.js → Fastify transition) - Collaborate on **product decisions and user flows** - Continuously improve system architecture and performance - Maintain clean, scalable, and well-structured codebases - Use AI tools to improve development speed and problem-solving - Ensure systems are production-ready, not just functional **Key Competencies & Traits:** - Strong full-stack capability in the **TypeScript ecosystem** - Product-first thinking (you think in **user flows, not just endpoints** ) - High ownership mindset — **you drive, not wait** - Ability to operate in **ambiguity and 0→1 environments** - Strong system design and architectural thinking - Bias for execution with attention to scalability - AI-native approach to development and problem-solving - Balances speed with quality and long-term maintainability **Experience & Qualifications:** - Strong hands-on experience with **Next.js and modern backend systems** - Solid understanding of **PostgreSQL and ORM tools (Prisma or similar)** - Experience building and shipping **end-to-end products or modules** - Familiarity with full-stack architecture and API design - Experience using **AI tools in development workflows** - Startup or early-stage experience preferred **Bonus:** - Experience with **Fastify or backend performance optimization** - Built **marketplaces or multi-module systems** - Prior **0 → 1 product experience**
