Job Description
We are hiring Molding and Assembly Associates for both 1st and 2nd shift positions. This is a great opportunity for hands-on, detail-oriented individuals looking for steady full-time work with a 4-day work week.
Responsibilities include:
Molding Operators:
- Removing finished parts from machines
- Packing and unpacking parts
- Inspecting parts for defects or flaws
Assembly:
- Loading parts into machines
- Operating automated, button-based processes
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Thursday, $16.50/hr — 5 associates needed
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM, Monday – Thursday, $16.50/hr — 3 associates needed
PPE:
- Safety glasses and gloves provided by the customer
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail for quality inspection
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions
