Accountabilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellence in service delivery, relationship quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and global clients, leading meetings, strategic discussions, and technical communications in English.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure service plans, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Support renewal processes and ongoing account management activities, maintaining governance, organization, and information traceability.
- Prepare, review, and present client materials, reports, and analyses using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Monitor account performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to initiatives that enhance client experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Fluent English proficiency, with strong oral and written communication skills for frequent interaction with global clients and stakeholders.
- Solid experience in Health & Benefits, including Health, Life, and Dental insurance solutions.
- Proven experience managing client portfolios, relationship management, and consultative customer engagement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across different teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
