As a Conference and Banqueting Operations Coordinator, you’re not just supporting event delivery – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Safely operate company vehicles in adherence to all traffic and safety regulations.
Transport passengers and/or goods to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle to ensure its optimal functioning and appearance.
Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanour at all times.
Assist with loading and unloading goods as required, ensuring the safe handling of all items.
Follow assigned routes and schedules, while also being adaptable to changes and unforeseen circumstances.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, and any incidents or maintenance issues that occur during transportation.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and execution of transportation tasks.
delivery of invoices to clients and collection of payments + any other task as assigned by the director of finance.
