Feild Events Marketing Manager

Why join Ivo?

Every civilization runs on the same infrastructure: agreements between people who don't fully trust each other. Sumerians pressed them into clay. Romans carved them into stone. We bury them in 80-page PDFs.

The way those agreements are reviewed hasn't changed in four thousand years - a human reads the whole thing and tries not to miss anything. We're building the AI that finally changes that. Ivo is the contract intelligence platform of choice for companies like Uber, Meta, Canva, IBM, and Shopify. We recently raised our Series B and have grown 800% over the last 12 months.

About the Role

Ivo is rapidly expanding across global markets, and our field marketing program is a major driver of that growth —

attracting top Fortune 500 companies through targeted account-based programs, national and international conferences,

and invite-only executive experiences.

We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Field Marketing Manager to help scale our regional and account-based

marketing efforts. Reporting to the Events Marketing Manager, you'll own field programs — from trade shows and

executive dinners to targeted account-based campaigns — that turn priority prospects and customers into pipeline and

revenue.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can independently manage complex,

multi-format programs, and wants their work to directly influence pipeline, brand, and customer relationships at one of

the fastest-growing companies in AI.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution of field programs — trade shows, conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, and

partner activations — each tied to a defined target account list and pipeline goal

• Partner closely with Sales (AEs, SDRs, and sales leadership) to build target account lists, prioritize outreach

waves, and convert engagement into qualified pipeline and closed revenue

• Design and run pre-event, day-of, and post-event motions that maximize registration-to-attendance conversion and

sales follow-through

• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, shipping, booth design and setup, and on-site logistics

• Lead pre-event marketing campaigns, attendee engagement strategies, and brand promotion across digital and

social channels

• Track and report on program performance and pipeline impact, using data to refine account targeting, format mix,

and regional strategy

• Capture and produce content, photos, and insights from events to amplify Ivo's brand across channels

• Build scalable, repeatable playbooks for field programs that can flex across segments and regions as Ivo's calendar

grows

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, events marketing, or a related B2B marketing function — ideally in

tech or SaaS

• Proven track record independently managing the logistics and execution of trade shows, conferences, executive

dinners, or other field programs

• Experience building or supporting account-based marketing programs, ideally using intent data or

account-prioritization frameworks

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs and competing deadlines without

dropping detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with vendors, executives, sales teams,

and customers alike

• Data-driven mindset — comfortable measuring pipeline impact and using insights to refine strategy

• Experience with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and design tools (Canva, Figma)

preferred

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Bonus: experience working with Fortune 500 clients, running ABM programs, or operating in a high-growth

Compensation and benefits
