The Sourcing Analyst II provides analytical, operational, and process support for the TiO2 and Extender Raw Materials categories. This role partners closely with Category Managers, Suppliers, Accounts Payable, Operations, Technical teams, and other stakeholders to support sourcing strategies, maintain accurate pricing and supplier data, improve procurement processes, and contribute to cost savings and supply continuity initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with effective communication and problem-solving skills to support business objectives.

This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Morikis Global Technology Center located at 6745 Miller Road, Brecksville, OH 44141.

Analytics & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and analyze reports using Microsoft applications, Business Intelligence tools, and ERP systems to support sourcing and business decisions.
- Create and maintain supplier performance reports, vendor databases, pricing analyses, spend summaries, and other procurement-related metrics.
- Conduct market research and cost-impact analyses to support category strategies, supplier negotiations, and risk assessments.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of standardized pricing analysis methodologies.
Pricing & Data Management
- Maintain accurate supplier pricing and related procurement data within ERP systems in accordance with approved supplier agreements and category lead direction.
- Validate pricing information and monitor supplier price changes to assess business impact and identify opportunities for mitigation or savings.
- Ensure data integrity across sourcing, pricing, and supplier management systems.
Supplier & Stakeholder Support
- Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice pricing discrepancies and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding pricing, performance, process improvements, and procurement-related initiatives.
- Support supplier onboarding and engagement activities, including training and support related to procurement technologies and eBusiness platforms.
Process Improvement & Digital Initiatives
- Support procurement technology initiatives, including paperless purchasing, electronic transactions, supplier portals, and consignment inventory programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, reporting capabilities, and data quality.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining sourcing best practices and standard operating procedures.
Cost Savings & Category Support
- Maintain project documentation and records associated with cost savings initiatives and sourcing projects.
- Collaborate with Technical, Operations, and Business Unit teams to track project milestones, timelines, and realized savings.
- Support category managers in supplier performance reviews, sourcing events, contract implementation, and strategic projects.
Supply Continuity & Operational Support
- Assist in resolving supply-related issues by monitoring orders, deliveries, and supplier communications.
- Support efforts to maintain continuity of supply and minimize operational disruptions.
- Participate in special projects, analyses, and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must have a Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service, manufacturing, or a related business environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience developing and analyzing reports using Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of procurement, supply chain, or sourcing processes.
- Experience supporting supplier management, pricing analysis, or cost-reduction initiatives.
