Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve reinforcement learning environments for AI model training and evaluation.
- Create, validate, and curate high-quality datasets to improve AI model performance and reliability.
- Develop coding tasks, evaluation benchmarks, and agentic workflows that support advanced AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to evaluate model outputs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze AI model performance using structured evaluation methodologies and provide actionable feedback.
- Contribute to the development of scalable AI workflows, automation processes, and evaluation frameworks.
- Support enterprise AI initiatives by building reliable data pipelines and structured annotation processes.
- Continuously monitor emerging AI research, large language model advancements, and best practices in model evaluation.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Annotation, Research, or related technical fields.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, large language models, reinforcement learning, or model evaluation methodologies.
