We combines domain expertise, advanced facilities, and stringent quality to lead India’s electronics manufacturing landscape. Roles & Responsibilities: Laptop SKD/CKD assembly process. Process engineering, line setup, and workstation layout. SOP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and Work Instruction preparation. Line balancing, cycle time study, capacity planning, and productivity improvement. Assembly fixtures, torque control, ESD requirements, and process validation. Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D), defect reduction, and yield improvement. NPI support, pilot builds, and mass production ramp-up. Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECO), BOM verification, and variant management. MES, barcode scanning, traceability, and production documentation. Understanding of product labels, barcode labels, regulatory labels, and label development/implementation. Knowledge of laptop packaging requirements, packing material development, packaging validation, and shipment requirements. Experience in coordinating with ODMs and customers for technical discussions, NPI activities, engineering changes, issue resolution, and product qualification. Strong coordination with Production, Quality, Testing, Procurement, and cross-functional teams. Job Requirement B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field. 4–8 Years in EMS / Electronics Manufacturing Industry. Strong knowledge of SMT and FATP manufacturing processes. Experience in process improvement, yield enhancement, and root cause analysis. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Apply Now
