Accountabilities:
- Manage accounts payable processes, including vendor payments and payment workflow coordination.
- Generate customer invoices and support accounts receivable and collections activities.
- Prepare domestic and international wire transfers for finance leadership approval.
- Serve as a primary contact for vendor payment inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support cash tracking activities and short-term cash flow reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records across accounting systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools.
- Assist with improving finance processes, documentation, and operational controls.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure financial obligations are completed accurately and on time.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and strengthen finance operations.
- Support the continued development of scalable financial workflows in a growing organization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience using accounting systems, ERPs, or financial management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and consistently deliver accurate results.

- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Experience with startup environments, cash management, or treasury operations is beneficial.
- Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, Ramp, Campfire, or similar financial platforms is preferred.
