We design and run the systems, processes, and tools that empower our sales organisation to operate at scale — across markets, verticals, and functions. If it touches how we sell, we're involved.Get to Know the RoleYou will report to the Regional Salesforce Manager and own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and CRM initiatives across multiple markets. This is a senior individual contributor role — you won't manage people, but you will lead initiatives, influence decisions, and drive outcomes across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.You will be the connective tissue between business and technology: translating commercial needs into system solutions, keeping projects moving, and earning trust with stakeholders from market operations teams all the way up to regional leadership.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformYou will partner with local markets and regional business stakeholders to analyse processes, gather requirements, and facilitate structured discovery sessionsYou will own project delivery end-to-end — from scoping and requirements through to configuration, testing, and production deployment — within agreed timelinesYou will conduct gap analyses and design Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business improvement and long-term efficiencyYou will translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for implementation by technical teamsYou will represent the region in discussions with global counterparts, influencing roadmap direction and ensuring regional priorities are well-representedYou will manage and prioritise an active backlog of enhancements and issues, balancing urgency with strategic importanceYou will act as an escalation point for system and process issues, driving resolution with ownership and accountabilityYou will conduct user training and maintain documentation that keeps users across multiple markets operating effectivelyQualifications5+ years of experience in a business analyst, systems, or consulting role, with a meaningful portion in Salesforce-specific work and a demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects independentlyHands-on Salesforce experience as a power user, configurator, or administrator, with the ability to translate requirements into system designStrong stakeholder management experience — comfortable engaging and influencing across functions and seniority levels, from market operators to regional leadershipExperience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for CRM or SaaS implementations, working alongside product managers and engineersExperience facilitating structured requirements workshops with participants across multiple functionsExcellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and business context to technical teamsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving, often ambiguous environmentFluent in English, written and spoken; familiarity with JIRA or similar tools is a plusAdditional InformationA dynamic and challenging work environment.A company committed to developing you personally and professionally.A great working atmosphere with regular company and team events.A vibrant and international team committed to diversity and inclusion.Responsibility from day one in a fast growing and global...
