YOUR ROLE
As a Product Systems Project Lead, you will lead a team of Systems Engineers responsible for developing next-generation ADAS and automotive electronic products. You will drive system requirements, architecture definition, customer engagement, and technical execution while ensuring successful delivery of complex automotive programs.
Responsibilities
· Lead System Engineering activities across the product development lifecycle
· Manage and mentor a team of Systems Engineers to achieve project objectives
· Drive requirements engineering, system architecture, and functional analysis activities
· Act as the primary technical interface for customers and internal stakeholders
· Ensure compliance with ASPICE processes, quality standards, project timelines, and deliverables
YOUR BACKGROUND
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline
· 12–15 years of experience in Automotive Systems Engineering
· Strong experience with Polarion (preferred) or DOORS for requirements management
· Hands-on experience with ADAS products, CAN, Ethernet, diagnostics, and automotive communication protocols
· Experience leading engineering teams and driving technical decision-making in customer-facing projects
