Accountabilities:

    The Strategic Account Executive, Mortgage Technology & Services will own strategic sales opportunities with enterprise mortgage organizations, driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strong executive relationships. This role requires deep industry knowledge, pipeline ownership, and the ability to connect technology and services solutions to measurable business outcomes.

    • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles with mortgage lenders, banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions, engaging multiple executive and operational stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through targeted outbound efforts, relationship development, referrals, industry events, and account-based prospecting.
    • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s lending operations, technology environment, business priorities, and operational challenges.
    • Sell across a broad portfolio of technology and service solutions, including SaaS platforms, automation capabilities, fulfillment services, and operational improvements.
    • Establish trusted relationships with senior executives and position solutions around measurable outcomes such as efficiency, cost reduction, scalability, conversion improvement, and customer experience.
    • Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to create tailored solutions and compelling customer presentations.
    • Build strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities, develop internal champions, and manage long-term enterprise relationships.
    • Represent the organization at industry conferences, customer meetings, and market events to strengthen relationships and expand opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, opportunity management, and account activity tracking through sales technology platforms.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a highly experienced enterprise sales professional with strong mortgage industry expertise and a proven ability to close complex, high-value opportunities. You should be comfortable selling to executive audiences, building relationships over long sales cycles, and independently creating new business opportunities.

      • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including significant experience selling solutions to mortgage lenders or financial services organizations.
      • Deep understanding of mortgage origination processes, lender workflows, and the broader mortgage technology ecosystem.
      • Proven success selling SaaS, technology-enabled services, outsourcing solutions, fulfillment services, or complex operational platforms.
      • Experience managing upper mid-market and enterprise sales opportunities with contract values in the six-figure and seven-figure range.
      • Ability to independently generate pipeline through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and account development.
      • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level, operations, technology, revenue, and compliance stakeholders.
      • Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative discovery, develop business cases, and connect solutions to customer objectives.
      • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical, product, marketing, implementation, and customer success teams.
      • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
      • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, onsite visits, and industry events.
      • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary range of $130,000–$150,000 USD.
        • Estimated on-target earnings of approximately $225,000–$250,000 USD through base salary and commission.
