As we continue to grow, Zetwerk remains focused on empowering manufacturers, creating jobs, and strengthening India’s position as a global manufacturing powerhouse - in line with the vision of Make in India, Digital India, and Startup India.Job RequirementAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Planning Engineer with over 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling large-scale EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely project execution while supporting project management in achieving cost, quality, and schedule objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain integrated project schedules from engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning, and project close-out. Prepare Level 1 to Level 4 project schedules in accordance with project execution plans. Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances, delays, and critical path activities. Perform schedule analysis, forecasting, and recovery planning to achieve project milestones. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project management teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. Conduct critical path analysis, float analysis, and what-if scenario planning. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, earned value reports, and management presentations. Support project controls activities, including resource planning, productivity analysis, and schedule performance measurement. Participate in project review meetings and provide planning insights to senior management and clients. Review contractor schedules and monitor compliance with contractual milestones. Proven experience managing planning activities across the full project lifecycle. Experience in multi-disciplinary engineering and construction projects. Exposure to international or large-scale EPC projects is highly desirable. Apply Now
