The Trusted Tester program delivers critical pre-launch insights to inform launch decisions as well as product improvements for Gemini and priority GenAI products. The environment is dynamic, requiring high-touch coordination across multiple product areas, functions, and parallel work streams involving internal stakeholders, external vendors, and global user communities. In this role, you will lead the rigorous execution of complex user research and insights programs while developing the technical frameworks necessary to enhance program scalability. You will be responsible for consistent delivery against major milestones, managing end-to-end project lifecycles from inception to executive-level reporting, and serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on program health and impact.
