Field Technician I - East Syracuse, NY

Role responsibilities

The Field Technician I is responsible for asset management, including processing deliveries and coordinating shipping and receiving of materials. They troubleshoot network equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in the installation and testing of various technologies.

Requirements

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years of relevant job experience, including 1+ years in network monitoring, installation, or maintenance. Knowledge of major technician disciplines and the ability to learn corporate databases are also required.
