- Incident Documentation: Draft routine reports, document near-misses, and assist supervisors with root-cause analysis when incidents occur.
- Subcontractor Oversight: Verify that external workers and trade partners are strictly following OSHA regulations and company safety standards.

- Education: A high school diploma paired with technical field training is common, though an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Safety management serves as an advantage.
