  • Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all Club House facilities and utilities.
  • Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, generators, pumps, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team by managing work schedules, evaluating performance, and developing staff through coaching and training.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and operational costs while ensuring high-quality service and optimal utilization of resources.
  • Oversee asset management by conducting routine inspections, maintaining asset records, and planning repairs to maximize asset life.
  • Manage contractors and vendors to ensure all maintenance projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), environmental regulations, fire safety standards, and all applicable legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth Club House operations and promptly resolve facility-related issues affecting members and guests.
  • Prepare and monitor maintenance reports, KPIs, budgets, asset records, and spare parts inventory to support effective decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing maintenance processes, improving energy efficiency, updating SOPs, and implementing best practices in facility management.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Building Maintenance, Property Engineering, or Facility Management.
  • Experience in hotels, resorts, golf clubs, mixed-use developments, or the hospitality industry is highly preferred.

Competencies & Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of planning and implementing building and utility maintenance programs.
  • Thorough understanding of preventive maintenance principles and best practices.
  • Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and implementation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Proficient in maintenance planning, budgeting, and asset management.

Preferred Certifications

  • General Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Certification.
  • Building Maintenance Management Certification.
  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Certification.
  • Project Management Certification is considered an advantage.
