Analyst OTC Hotel Accounting

This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As an Analyst on the OTC US Hotel Accounting team reporting to the Team Lead, you will focus on resolving accounts receivable and guest (transient) disputes. You will identify and process advanced deposits received from Group Catering and Event Sales clients. You will also perform monitoring and tracking of outstanding payments from group master and convention related billings.
What you will do during a typical day:
- Engage hotel teams to help identify issues, resolving disputes and obtaining client information.
- Review booking deposit reports to identify groups with advanced deposit requirements.
- Follow the process of preparing deposit postings and confirmation
How you will collaborate with others:
- Maintain collaborative relationships with Finance and other corporate departments
Projects you will take ownership of:
- Research and respond to information requests from internal departments and management.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Two (2) years of professional work experience
- Two (2) years of related experience in a professional accounting setting
- One (1) year of experience working with collections in an accounting environment
- Experience with customer service and building relationship with clients

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $42,000 – $60,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
