Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, building trusted and long-term relationships.
- Gather and organize strategic, operational, financial, legal, regulatory, and compliance information to support client initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, requirements, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
- Lead governance activities, including kickoff meetings, executive committees, progress reviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Coordinate collaboration between internal teams such as legal, compliance, operations, finance, marketing, and technical specialists to ensure integrated delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitive movements, regulatory changes, and business opportunities to provide strategic insights.
- Manage structured feedback processes, documentation, approvals, SLAs, decision tracking, and change management activities.
- Support impact assessments and decision-making related to scope, timelines, costs, and solution implementation.
- Track KPIs, post-implementation results, and acceptance criteria to ensure value realization and client success.
- Prepare executive reports, strategic presentations, and business reviews for clients and leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, additional solutions, and cross-functional offerings aligned with client needs.
- Manage business development opportunities within assigned accounts, supporting the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and closing.
- Build strong partnerships across teams to maximize customer value and long-term business growth.
- Proven experience managing strategic corporate clients, key accounts, consulting engagements, or complex business programs.
- Experience working in multifunctional corporate environments, leading strategic initiatives and stakeholder-driven projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, financial information, and performance indicators to support business decisions.
- Knowledge of governance models, compliance processes, regulatory environments, and stakeholder management practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage executive and technical audiences.
