New York City · RemoteFullTime$150k–$200kPosted Jul 19, 2026

About the Role

Following a recent Series B and 4x year-over-year growth, we are expanding our enterprise sales team to reach more healthcare organizations that can benefit from intelligent automation.

We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across multiple healthcare customer segments.

This role is designed for an adaptable enterprise seller who can move effectively across different ideal customer profiles, including provider organizations, revenue cycle companies, healthcare services businesses, and other strategic accounts.

You will own the full sales cycle, from account development and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and close. You will tailor your approach to each customer’s business model, operating environment, and buying process while helping SuperDial identify where demand is strongest and which markets are ready to scale.

This is an opportunity for someone who is energized by complexity, learns new markets quickly, and can succeed without relying on a single established sales motion.

What You’ll Do

Drive Enterprise Growth

  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across SuperDial’s priority healthcare segments

  • Develop account strategies based on each organization’s business model, operational priorities, and revenue cycle needs

  • Own the full sales process from initial engagement through contract execution

  • Consistently deliver against new business and revenue targets

Adapt Across Customer Profiles

  • Quickly learn the needs, stakeholders, and buying dynamics of different healthcare organizations

  • Tailor discovery, messaging, and solution narratives to each customer

  • Identify the most valuable automation opportunities based on the organization’s workflows and goals

  • Shift effectively between established customer segments and emerging market opportunities

Lead Consultative Sales Cycles

  • Engage executive, operational, financial, technical, and revenue cycle stakeholders

  • Diagnose complex business challenges and connect them to measurable outcomes

  • Build compelling business cases grounded in efficiency, scalability, cost savings, and revenue impact

  • Coordinate demonstrations, solution design, pilots, and commercial proposals

Develop Emerging Markets

  • Test new customer segments, use cases, and sales approaches in partnership with company leadership

  • Identify patterns in customer demand, deal size, sales velocity, and product fit

  • Share market feedback that informs positioning, product development, and go-to-market strategy

  • Help determine which opportunities can become repeatable and scalable sales motions

Strengthen Our Go-to-Market Approach

  • Partner with Sales Development and Marketing on targeted outbound and account-based strategies

  • Collaborate closely with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success throughout the sales process

  • Bring customer insights and competitive intelligence back to the broader organization

  • Contribute to the continued development of SuperDial’s enterprise sales playbook

What We’re Looking For

  • At least seven years of B2B sales experience, including success in complex enterprise environments

  • A strong track record selling healthcare technology, revenue cycle, workflow automation, or operational solutions

  • Experience selling across multiple healthcare customer segments, business models, or buyer groups

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new markets and adapt your sales approach

  • Success building pipeline and closing high-value opportunities in evolving or developing territories

  • Confidence engaging executive leaders and building alignment across multiple stakeholders

  • Strong discovery, business-case development, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear operational and financial value

  • Comfort operating with ambiguity, testing new approaches, and learning from market feedback

  • High ownership, curiosity, commercial judgment, and follow-through

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will have:

  • Built a strong enterprise pipeline across multiple healthcare customer profiles

  • Closed strategic new customers that meaningfully contribute to company growth

  • Identified promising segments, use cases, and buying patterns that inform SuperDial’s go-to-market strategy

  • Developed repeatable approaches for engaging and converting new categories of customers

  • Established trusted relationships with senior healthcare and revenue cycle leaders

  • Helped SuperDial determine where to deepen investment and scale

  • Competitive base salary of $150,000–$200,000

  • Uncapped commission opportunity

  • Equity ownership

  • Comprehensive health and employee benefits
