The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
California Driver's License.
1 year guest facing customer service background.
Prior hotel experience ideal.
The ability to work a overnight schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.
Shift Pattern: Varied - Overnight (10:00pm - 6:30am) weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays are required.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Handle transactions seamlessly: Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point-of-sale system; handle cash, credit/debit cards, validations, vouchers, and gift certificates/cards
- Track parking activity: Maintain accurate records regarding the vehicles in the hotel’s care, including charges and fees, validations, vehicle locations, and accrued parking time
- Manage traffic flow: Assist with coordinating vehicle movement around the parking entrance and exit areas, as needed
- Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
