Power Platform Solution Architect / Developer - Senior Manager
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect / Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-scale business solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integrations, with a proven track record of delivering scalable automation, analytics, and low-code application solutions.
This role will partner with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and development teams to transform business requirements into innovative digital solutions, to automate business processes, develop low-code applications, actionable reporting and analytical solutions that improve operational efficiency, reporting, and decision-making
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Solution Design & Development
- Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows and Power BI Reports, Dashboards, and Data Models
- Build scalable data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure, and other enterprise data sources.
- Develop reusable components, templates, and frameworks to accelerate solution delivery.
- Configure and manage Power Platform environments, solutions, security, and governance.
Business Process Automation
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design end-to-end workflow automation solutions using Power Automate.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 applications including like SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms ect.
- Develop approval workflows and automated notifications.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build interactive Power BI reports and executive dashboards.
- Design optimized data models, DAX calculations, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Establish reporting standards and visualization best practices.
- Deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making.
Technical Leadership
- Define development standards, governance practices, and deployment strategies.
- Support platform adoption and best practices across business units.
- Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and performance assessments.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Present solutions, prototypes, and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancement recommendations.
Support & Maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve application, workflow, and reporting issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor platform performance, usage, and compliance requirements.
- Manage application lifecycle, releases, and production support activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 12+ years of overall IT application development experience along with 6+ years of hands-on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI development.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs, SQL databases, and enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong focus on quality, security, scalability, and performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
Technical Skills:
- Power Platform – Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Platform Administration
- Microsoft Ecosystem - SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 suite, Azure Active Directory
- Data & Integration - SQL Server, REST APIs, JSON, Power Query, Data Modeling
- Reporting & Analytics – DAX, Power BI Service, KPI Development, Dashboard Design, Data Visualization
- Solution Deployment Management
- Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, Power FX would be added advantage.
