Accountabilities:

    • Develop and lead the long-term strategy for identifying, segmenting, prioritizing, retaining, and expanding high-value accounts.
    • Build scalable account growth frameworks, systems, and operating models that remain effective despite changing stakeholders and buying cycles.
    • Analyze customer insights, commercial data, and market opportunities to identify high-leverage initiatives that can significantly increase account value.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, processes, and execution frameworks.
    • Drive adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency and scale account growth initiatives.
    • Influence executive stakeholders by presenting evidence-based recommendations and advocating for strategic changes that improve retention and expansion.
    • Establish performance metrics and accountability mechanisms focused on customer lifetime value, retention, and account growth outcomes.
    • Requirements

      • 5+ years of experience in Account-Based Marketing, Growth Strategy, Revenue Strategy, Customer Strategy, or related strategic roles.
      • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in account retention, expansion, customer value, or revenue growth.
      • Demonstrated experience building new functions, strategies, or operating models from the ground up.
      • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect customer insights, business economics, and growth opportunities.
      • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving outcomes without direct managerial authority.
      • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and secure buy-in.
      • Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities, with experience leveraging data and automation to inform strategic decisions.
      • Comfortable operating in highly ambiguous environments and taking ownership of high-impact initiatives.
      • Experience in customer lifecycle management, account strategy, or B2B growth environments is highly desirable.
