Casino Beverage Server

Responsible for providing fast, friendly and excellent service beverage service to Caesars Entertainment guests.
- Provides fast (20 minute or less round time), friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests.
- Takes drink orders, communicates with bartender, assists in the preparation of drinks, and presents drinks to guests.
- Maintains clean and stocked workstation.
- Handles money according to procedure.
- Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines (CARE).
- Checks for ID’s according to Caesars policy.
- Serves as an ambassador of goodwill and a public relations person for our customers.
- Promotes casino events and programs.
- Works closely with Total Rewards Center to promote new card sign up programs.
- Works well with all Team Members within the Beverage Department—as well as all other departments.
- Provides personalized service and uses guest name.
- Resolves service problems according to guidelines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Cocktail or Waitperson experience preferred
- Fluent and literate in English
- Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Count money and change correctly
- Know or is able to learn tray service, cocktail ingredients
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
- Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
- Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. for extended periods of time
- Must be able to reach above and below the shoulder, grip small items (i.e., pens, money, garnishes), bend, stoop and twist while serving cocktails,
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to four hours wearing one inch (minimum height) heels.
- Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
- Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
