Coordinator, Marketing Operations & Enablement
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Coordinator, Marketing Operations & Enablement, you will support the successful execution of marketing programs, operational processes and organizational initiatives through effective coordination, communication and tactical support. You will help maintain the day-to-day rhythm of marketing operations by managing schedules, documenting activities, facilitating communications and supporting process execution across quarterly planning and delivery cycles.
What You’ll Do
Provide tactical support for marketing operations programs, initiatives and quarterly planning and execution activities by coordinating tasks, tracking deliverables and maintaining project documentation across channels
Coordinate meeting schedules, stakeholder calendars, agendas, meeting materials and follow-up actions to support effective collaboration and decision-making
Support cross-channel change communication efforts by preparing and distributing standard communication and project updates to key project stakeholders
Maintain project trackers, timelines and operational documentation to support visibility and consistency across workstreams
Assist with governance and planning activities by organizing materials, updating templates and supporting recurring operational processes
Assist with process documentation efforts, including maintaining workflows, process guides, templates, and standard operating procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation and team workflows, providing recommendations for greater efficiency and consistency

What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Operations or a related field
1+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, administrative support, business operations or a related role
Preferred
Experience in retail, corporate strategy or marketing operations
