Accountabilities

    The Onboarding Manager will lead enterprise implementation initiatives, ensuring successful customer activation, adoption, and long-term success. This role requires strong project management skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise healthcare stakeholders.

    • Lead end-to-end activation projects for strategic enterprise clients, from kickoff and implementation planning through go-live and steady-state operations.
    • Develop, standardize, and improve implementation methodologies, processes, and best practices across the organization.
    • Create comprehensive implementation plans aligned with customer objectives, timelines, workflows, and success metrics.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical teams, operations, and administrative stakeholders, to ensure smooth deployments.
    • Configure and customize solutions to meet specific customer requirements and healthcare workflows.
    • Build operational tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions using platforms such as Retool to support implementation visibility and performance tracking.
    • Develop data pipelines, analytics workflows, SQL queries, and reporting processes to monitor adoption, usage, and implementation progress.
    • Design and deliver training programs for providers, administrators, and operational teams to support successful adoption.
    • Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure onboarding success and customer outcomes.
    • Establish strong relationships with executive stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner throughout the activation process.
    • Maintain implementation documentation, playbooks, and process improvements to increase scalability and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and improve customer experiences.
    • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing across implementation teams.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback, performance data, and operational insights.
    • Requirements

      The ideal candidate is an experienced onboarding, implementation, or customer delivery professional with a strong background in SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise solutions. You should be comfortable managing complex projects, working with senior stakeholders, and combining business expertise with technical problem-solving skills.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
      • 7+ years of experience in SaaS technology, healthcare technology, implementation, onboarding, or similar customer-facing roles.
      • Proven experience managing complex enterprise implementations from planning through successful deployment.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when engaging with executive and C-level stakeholders.
      • Experience with enterprise change management and stakeholder engagement.
      • Technical aptitude with experience using SQL, data analysis techniques, and visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
      • Ability to understand technical concepts, collaborate with engineering teams, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
      • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, with potential travel requirements up to 50% depending on client needs.
      • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
      • Preferred Qualifications:

        • Master’s degree in a relevant technical, healthcare, or business field.
        • Experience working with AI or machine learning technologies in healthcare.
        • Understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and EHR systems, particularly Epic.
        • Experience using low-code platforms such as Retool to build operational tools and dashboards.
        • Ability to write or understand basic JavaScript and SQL for implementation customization.
        • Background in clinical documentation, medical operations, or healthcare delivery environments.
