This role combines strong people leadership, solid technical judgment, and deep collaboration with Product and Manufacturing domain stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions at scale.This is a leadership role with hands-on technical expectations, appropriate to experience. You will lead one or more engineering teams, with scope aligned to your experience, demonstrated impact, and business needs. Regardless of scope, this is not a people-only management role — technical credibility and product understanding are essential.AI is a core enabler in this role.
