This role will work closely with the Store Design Director for the design and execution of the Store Design function for the Skincare/Makeup Category in APAC and Travel Retail Worldwide.What You Will Achieve:Support store planning and design according to store design guidelines.Liaise and coordinate with vendors on the details of the store construction.Partner with Visual Merchandising (VM) team to incorporate VM ideas into the store design concept.Responsible for the interpretation of all designs and to facilitate and complete construction process with shop fitters, including shop drawing review. Educate and update new & existing shop fitters on new techniques, details and directions for brands’ store design concepts.Maintain a high level of construction by developing a “Punch List” (list of deficiencies) for each installation to ensure the compliance with design set and resolving sub-standard construction.File and maintain clear, understandable records of all stores for future references.Coordinate with team’s assistant to manage project timeline for store design to ensure on time counter delivery.Lead and coach junior designers and interns, where necessary.What You Will Need:Degree in Architecture / Interior Design education from an esteemed universityMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in Interior or Architectural detailing and design.
