Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Unit in Fairless Hills, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support employees and visitors with strong communication and customer service while reflecting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team culture built on integrity and teamwork.

- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and/or policy violations.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor access as directed, and help to deter unauthorized activity involving people, vehicles, and/or materials.
- Support daily operations by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and site management regarding post instructions, incident updates, and/or changing conditions at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
