**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in software development.
+ 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
+ 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience establishing standards and quality metrics, continuous testing, continuous integration, and program management.

The GeminiApp EngProd team is dedicated to establishing a strong engineering productivity presence, specifically aimed at safeguarding and guiding the developer-to-production release journey, optimizing build and release pipelines, and leading test automation efforts.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $174000 - $253000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

**Responsibilities**
+ Design, build, and deploy build/test infrastructure, frameworks, environments, and other build/test controls to improve developer effectiveness and efficiency from development to release.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and research teams to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical solutions that improve developer velocity and code quality.
+ Develop simple, reusable, and scalable code libraries and frameworks to accelerate product development velocity.
+ Iterate on product prototypes and features, balancing development velocity with a high standard of code quality and craft.
